Harrell Hill Farms has been raising grass-fed Limousin Beef for over fifteen years. This is a heritage breed that has been around for centuries and has one of the best grass-to-meat conversion rates in the industry. The cattle are raised on the open range and fed hay during the winter months. They are never in a feed lot for more than a few hours and the processed animals are never given additional hormones or antibiotics. We have them USDA inspected and labeled with Harrell Hill Farms label. We also process at around 14-16 months old so you are always getting young, tender beef.
Harrell Hill Farms is one of the largest producers of Sorghum Syrup, known as molasses up here in these mountains, in North Carolina. We do not add anything to the juice except heat.
